The app allows the learners to access onlineand offline the Mental Health First Aid manual, the details of their training sessions including date,time and venue, general information about Mental Health First Aid and a number of related tips.The Mental Health First Aid provides trainees with updated knowledge, skills and abilities requiredto provide the necessary assistance and guidance to support individuals facing mental healthchallenges.
The courses equip trainees with the skills necessary to help such persons liftthemselves from the negative situations that they find themselves in and to seek help.The course consists of 12 contact learning hours which are delivered through 4 sessions of 3 hourseach.
